Many homeless street children are outnumbering in Mogadishu city while the city suffering the clashes between Somali government forces and insurgents

Aden A/dulahi is one of the street homeless children working as shoe-cleaner, he starts his daily job as early in the morning, most of the money he earns in the day he gives his mother who lives in camp located in Mogadishu. and his father died.

"I get 10 or 15 shilling Somali less than one dollar. It is not sufficient for my mother and my bothers, sisters whose their father died “ Aden said in weak voice seeming hungry, and tear coming from his eyes.

There are also other children who are like Aden living in Mogadishu city, these children never get aid from aid agencies.

Many street children die during the cross fire of both sides, their live in difficult and danger they usually stroll the streets collecting in whole day searching only what they eat let alone clothing and education.

These children never get education, when they wake up the first step the do is to look for some thing to put their mouth, they live in hand to mouth.

Once UN concerned the worsen situation of Somali children and UN officials suggested to camp Somali children in save Zone.
