Three people were killed and two others were wounded after a confrontation between clan militias at ceelcilaan village of Baardheere district in the south of the country.

The fighting reportedly started following a dispute over pasture.

The situation is tense; however, there are no any mediation efforts by the elders two defuse the violence.
