Somalia Violence aggravating the security

Somalia is witnessing a heightened level of violence ahead of a key reconciliation conference slated for Sunday. Four civilians were killed in two bomb explosions south of the capital Mogadishu on Wednesday morning.
In a separate attack a Somali soldier was killed by gunfire in the capital. Later in the day and other was injured by unknown armed men
Two civilians were reportedly killed in the attacks. Mortars also hit the venue of the conference. Security forces are engaged in widespread search operations to restore stability in the capital ahead of the conference.
